These GTC govern the conditions for participation in our online courses and masterclasses. They apply to consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.
Deviating GTC shall only apply if we recognize them in writing.<\/p>

The object is participation in online courses, master classes or comparable educational offers that can be offered and booked via our website.<\/p>

The presentation of the courses on our website does not constitute a binding offer. Only by sending the order does the customer submit a binding offer.
Bookings are made online using our form. Steps:<\/p>

  2. Selection of the course<\/p><\/li>

  3. Checking the information<\/p><\/li>

  4. Consent to general terms and conditions and revocation policy<\/p><\/li>

  5. Binding booking by clicking on \"Order with costs\"
    The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail or send the invoice.
    The contract text is not stored permanently.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a7 5 Prices and terms of payment<\/strong>
    All prices are final prices. Due to the legal regulation on VAT exemption for educational services (\u00a7 4 No. 21 UStG), the prices do not include VAT.
